The hotel was fantastic, with clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the old town square. The dining experience offered high-quality options but could improve with more vegetarian choices. Overall, a lovely stay with great service and amenities.

The service was great for storing passports, money, and medication. The staff were helpful with tram information and organizing transportation to the old town. They really made our stay special. Shoutout to Mr Kenneth Davis and my daughter Peyton Davis!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a hairdryer and fridge, plenty of charge sockets, and despite my initial concerns, it was very warm, especially in January in Poland. The service was top-notch, efficient, and fixed any issues promptly. The location was superb, with convenient dining options, and the hotel offered a reasonable dining experience. Overall, a great value for the money.
